The handsome Spirit came to us from a desperate situation.
His owner having a road accident, landing her in hospital and unable to care for him.
She is recovering slowly from severe brain damage and physical injuries, her daughter is currently living with family relatives and there was no where for Sprit to go and no financial means to rehouse him.
As the situation was urgent he came to live at the sanctuary, he was initially very upset due to the sad circumstances but has settled in very well, and certainly lives up to his name!
He is a lovely horse and when he is ready will be looking for a forever home.
